Yesterday the doctor told me my eye is healing two times faster than is normal. Glad all that extra money I put into grassfed meats and the good fish oil is paying off!
A. 1 1/4 front squat; 5, 4, 3, 2, 1; rest 3 min
B. Hang squat clean x1/Push jerk x3/Split jerk x1; build to a tough single of the complex

10 shoulder to OH 205#
5 rope climbs
A. #95/115/125/135/150 - felt okay. low back a bit sore from deadlifts
B. #123. Went for #133 but failed the third push press.

14:38 - Used #115, and because my rope is not hung, I slung it over the pull up bar and did 25 semi-assisted (with my legs wrapped around the ropes) pullups in sets of 5 to try to mimic a real rope climb. I did quick push jerks for the S2Os, first set UB then 5+5 on the last two.
