On the min for 20 min
Odd- 5 deadlift 315#
Even- 10 kipping hspu

Did a gymnastics class first at the gym, worked on kipping technique and planche progressions. Got some good tips for TTB/K2E. Then...
Did some sets of 5 deadlifts, working up to a couple of sets at 225, with practice sets of 5 kipping HSPU btwn (shoulders were a little tired from the planching drills).

4rnds + 100m row (did first two rounds with 1min AD instead of the row until a rower opened up)
